The Voice operator panel MIA (VOP) has been developed in cooperation with experienced telephone operators and according to the requirements of a modern switching center.
The versatile operator console is based on open standards and offers numerous collaboration functions.
Make up to 20 simultaneous calls and keep an eye on the phone line activity of hundreds of extensions at the same time (Busy Lamp/Presence). You can either use keyboard shortcuts or drag & drop to transfer calls.
The optimized search field input supports any search terms and displays the contacts found in no time at all as a list or business cards. Contacts are aggregated from different data sources (e.g. LDAP, local contacts, Outlook contacts, Google contacts).
Mia (VOP) - Voice Operator Panel is the switchboard for your company. Your switchboard receives or monitors any number of calls and can easily transfer them. Memos or predefined notes on incoming calls can be freely logged.
For wireless telephony with the headset we recommend that you use devices like Jabra, plantronics or Sennheiser.

Mia (VOP) provides all the necessary information for efficient and organised call handling. Efficient search options enable the targeted harmonisation of contacts across different data sources.
